Why do I get a Pop-up Error When I Close Internet Explorer Browser

I get an error message many times when i close my internet explorer browser. I don’t know what causes it, i am totally clueless.
Error: The instruction at "0x588054d4" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program.
