I have installed Windows Server 2008 as my Operating System. But after installing Windows Server 2008 on my computer, I didn’t find the IIS installed with it automatically. Do I need to install it manually?
Can anyone tell me how can I install IIS in my computer?

I updated few files in the web server and say my web site crashing. Finally realized the files that I copied just before are missing the internet guest user, I added that user to those files and gave the right permission. But, do I have to do it every time I move a file to the server? It should inherit all the user and their permissions.

When I tried to start IIS from the services list I get this error. I have no clue about this error.
Error: Windows could not start the IIS Admin Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a nin-microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -2145318902.

I have some codes where user can upload video files to the server. The whole process goes through but i can’t write that to the "videos" folder. This folder is under the root and i gave full permissions to it. Do you know what can be the issue? I have no clue about it.

I have few include files which are pulled from the upper tree level folder by "../" path code. I am getting errors with this code, errors are: Disallowed Parent Path
/admin/index.asp, line 1
The Include file ’../web.asp’ cannot contain ’..’ to indicate the parent directory.

I was setting up a VPS for a client and i saw this error while trying to reach the sub-folders, exp: my-website.com/admin/ . Do you know why it can’t invoke the index file and show me the content. Why do I get this error: IIS "This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."?
