Ways to Bypass Ten Connection Limitation in Workstation or Localhost

I am working on a website in development project and few people from my work group are also hitting the same machine to test the application. Sometimes i am getting http 403 error, page can not be displayed. Why am I getting? Is this for 10 connection limitations? How can I get rid of this in IIS 6/7?
