If you have issues with the Live Ubuntu CD, then try booting from the alternative CD. Of course you would of checked to see if your BIOS is set up to boot from CDROM first :) Ubuntu-7.04 Live CD currently wont load the "pii" driver (which controlls most PATA drives). Again, look into the Ubuntu fourms. And if you have found a sollution, then post on the fourms so people can take advantage. Also, have a look at this we site :) http://www.linux-profiles.com/
