Database Attachment Error: Error 602: Could not find row in sysindexes for database ID 27, object ID 1, index ID 1

I am trying to attach one sql server 200 database, I created the user first with the server in case it might cause the error. I am getting this error and living me with a failure to attachment message. Error 602: Could not find row in sysindexes for database ID 27, object ID 1, index ID 1. Run DBCC CHECKTABLE on sysindexes.
