Error Type: Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3) Invalid ProgID.

I am using Server.CreateObject("Persits.Upload") to upload files to the server and i am getting an error with this message: Error Type: Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3) Invalid ProgID. Do you know why am i getting this? It is asking me to visit microsoft.com. If you can help me with some support data then i can resolve this issue.
