Error Type: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)

I am connecting my sql server database with a working connection string but from a page inside site forum i am getting this error: Error Type: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified. Can you guys help me in figuring this out?
